Public Address
A public address, also known as a public key or wallet address, is a unique identifier in a blockchain network used to receive or send transactions. It is derived from the corresponding private key and is publicly known and shareable. Public addresses are often represented as a string of alphanumeric characters and serve as a destination for funds or assets within a blockchain. While public addresses are visible on the blockchain, the associated private key is kept secret to maintain the security and ownership of the assets.
