Tokenless ledger
A tokenless ledger refers to a type of distributed ledger or blockchain that does not utilize tokens or cryptocurrencies as a medium of exchange or store of value. In tokenless ledgers, the focus is primarily on recording and validating transactions or data without the need for native digital tokens. Tokenless ledgers can still offer decentralized consensus, immutability, and transparency but may serve different purposes such as recording ownership rights, tracking supply chains, or storing data in a secure and auditable manner.
